Gas House Dispensary Weekly Giveaway

This promotion is sponsored by Pinehorn Investments LLC, 515 Centre St, Unit 39959, Dallas, TX 75208 (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for this promotion.

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (a) 21 years of age or older, (b) legal residents of the United States residing in Texas, and (c) able to claim a prize in person at one of Sponsor’s retail locations.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each weekly giveaway (a “Giveaway”) opens on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. Central Time and closes the following Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

To enter, visit gashousedfw.com/deals-and-giveaways during the Entry Period, complete the entry form with your first name, email address, telephone number, and date of birth, and submit it. No other information is required.

Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Limit one entry per person per Giveaway. Duplicate entries, identified by telephone number, email address, or name, will be disqualified. Any use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or multiple identities or accounts will void all of that entrant’s entries.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the Wednesday following the close of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, on or about Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. Central Time following the close of the Entry Period.

To claim a prize, the winner must appear in person at any Gas House Dispensary retail location within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of notification and present both (a) the winner notification email sent by Sponsor and (b) a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification showing that the winner is 21 years of age or older and matching the name on the notification.

Locations: 5002 Columbia Ave, Dallas, TX 75214 and 1335 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75061.

Prizes will not be shipped or mailed under any circumstances and will not be released to any person other than the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to decline to release a prize to any individual who cannot produce valid identification matching the winner notification, or where Sponsor’s records show the prize has already been claimed.

If a winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or award no prize for that Giveaway.

The prize for each Giveaway is described on the entry page for that Giveaway. The approximate retail value of any single prize will not exceed five hundred United States dollars ($500). Limit one prize per person per Giveaway.

Each prize is awarded as is, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. No cash equivalent will be offered. Prizes are not transferable or assignable by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All federal, state, and local taxes arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the total value of prizes awarded to a winner in a single calendar year reaches six hundred dollars ($600) or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify this promotion or any individual Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines, at its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek all remedies available.

Entries that are late, incomplete, garbled, lost, misdirected, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, or network failures of any kind.

These Official Rules and all matters arising out of this promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
